IH–HVAC prides itself on our high-quality workmanship. For new installs or the replacement of existing furnaces and/or air conditioning systems, our guarantee carries an in-house labor warranty for one (1) year from date of install.
For services not covered under Goodman warranty, IH–HVAC warranties labor for 30 days from the date of repair. In other words, if we have to come back and repair the exact same problem, then it’s free; no labor, no parts, and no mileage charges.
Goodman products carry one of the best product warranties in the field. In fact, they were the first to warranty all parts for 10-years and a put a lifetime warranty on heat exchangers. Please see Goodman for specific warranty details for the products you’ve chosen.
IH–HVAC will always make sure you are covered. When you have a system installed by us, we register the products for you and then send you a copy of the warranty certificate for your records. It’s that simple.
